When A Dream Comes True...

Dreams are like wines, the longer you wait, the sweeter they taste.

Somebody can wait longer time before giving up a dream; somebody can wait shorter.
But for somebody, no dream...and for somebody, never give up.

They say: Let go and let God.
I say: A city without dreams is so lonely. (Jimmy)

How can a dream comes true? Another hymn comes to my mind...

God will make a way,
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day
He will make a way, He will make a way

By a roadway in the wilderness, He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His Word will still remain
He will do something new today.

The Eleventh Character: The Girl Who Exchanges Almost Everything (Part three)

(In response to 10 characters of Ilya Kabakov)

"I could have flown away with him!", she thought. It was after this incident that she begins to understand another neighbour's mind: The Man Who Never Threw Anything Away. Although she also wants to start collecting memories like what her neighbour has done, she forces herself to be less explicit...

Share + Sacrifice (part II)

There is a hymn, which I know not long ago, tells me somthing about a wonderful friend...it was like this:

Jesus Christ, I think upon Your sacrifice,
You became nothing, poured out to death.
Many times I've wondered at Your gift of life,
And I'm in that place once again.
And I'm in that place once again.

And once again I look upon
The cross where you died,
I'm humbled by Your mercy
And I'm broken inside.
Once again I thank you,
Once again I pour out my life.

Now You are exalted to the highest place,
King of the heavens, where one day I'll bow.
But for now, I marvel at this saving grace,
And I'm full of praise once again.
I'm full of praise once again.

Thank you for the cross,
Thank you for the cross,
Thank you for the cross, my friend.
[Repeat]

Share + Sacrifice (part I)

Share my Joy; Share my Pain,
Share my Love and Share my Day.
Share the Laughter and Share the Tears,

The Eleventh Character: The Girl Who Exchanges Almost Everything (Part two)

(In response to 10 characters of Ilya Kabakov)

One of the neighbour who used to live right next to her room, was The Man Who Flew Into Space. She met him just several times before she actually had a chance to get into a conversation. But once she had the first conversation about his space and his "grand project", she liked him instantly. It was only a shame that she told herself to slow down the friendship by being passive. Then she found him flown into space one day, leaving literally nothing more than memories...

Mr. Care and Mr. Careless

Once upon a time, there are two neighbours living next to each other. Since they admire each other's character, soon they became best friend in their community. They enjoy sharing their thoughts and dreams as well as being each other's accompany.

One day, they both agreed that they should go for their dreams. Good news is: they had the same dream. Bad news is: Mr. Careless decided to leave the village while Mr. Care decided to stay...

Mr Care: "When will we meet again?"
Mr Careless: "Not sure, won't be long, I think."
Mr Care: "Cool. Take care and keep in contact."
Mr. Careless: "Yeah you too."

After Mr. Careless have left, they did keep in contact for a little while. But since Mr. Careless getting busy in the city, they somehow lost contact for a long while...

From time to time, Mr. Careless will miss the time they spent together and wants to meet Mr. Care again. But as time goes by, he is not sure, "Will he forget me and feel strange if I ask to meet? He should have contact me if he remember me!". So he gave up the idea.

On the other hand, Mr. Care miss his best friend so much and always think, "He must have got a lot of new friends and forgotten me now. That is why he did not reply my last letter...". What happened to the letter? Nobody knows.

Up to here, you might think, "Hey, they must meet on the street and be surprised someday!". Well, I am sorry, life is not always what you think. By the way, how long you think you can talk on a street? Better exchange the most up-to-date contact to show that you really care to keep in touch!

Let us sing now everyone;
Let us feel His love began.
Let us join our spirit and the world will know:
We are one in the bond of love.
- an old hymn

A Forget-me-not lasts longer than a rose in colour;
A true friend lasts longer than a lover in eternal time.
- i dear person

There is a chinese poem says:
Friends could fill the whole world;
Not even one of them knows me.

If ever met a true friend who can share honestly in one's life time, is it greedy to keep it last forever? Quantity not equal quality. How many birthdays you can remember?

The Eleventh Character: The Girl Who Exchanges Almost Everything (Part one)

(In response to 10 characters of Ilya Kabakov)

There is a girl who live in a basement somewhere in Brighton, working hard on her "exploration". When she has moved in, nobody knows; where she has come from, again, nobody sure. The only thing her ten neighbours are sure about her is her contradictory desires: a love of continuity and a yearning for change. Although she like to think of herself and her way of life as being thoroughly consistent, this is an illusion. She is, in fact, in a constant state of flux. Whilst appearing to be heading for a bright new tomorrow, her alter ego is subtly trying to get back to a cosy yesterday.

2006 World Cup Final in Germany + Final year =

"I probably won't see you for a while."
"Take care and farewell."

(silence)

"When will I see you again?"
"May be next time when the World Cup is on."

(silence)

"Four years later?...where will you be?"
"I don't know...my home town?"
"Where is it after four years?"
"I'm not sure..."
"Oh, so how can I find you?"
"Emm..."
"Keep in touch; don't disappear."
"Keep in touch; don't disappear."

Four years ago...your companion...where were you...do you still remember...

Hey, wanna go together? I'll wait 4 u.
Sure, ...cu soon.
Cu.

I might have forgotten your face;
but not the love and comfort that you gave.
No matter which teams play;
I am going to launch today.

All things have their time and sphere...

...
In me there is darkness,
But with thee there is light.
I am lonely, but thou leavest me not.
I am feeble in heart, but thou leavest me not.
I am restless, but with thee there is peace.
In me there is bitterness, but with thee there is patience;
Thy ways are past understanding, but
Thou knowest the way for me.
